i have burnt hair to...that you need is proteins and hudration..well try my grandma's recipe:to make an egg mask on your hair for about a quarter..than rinse your hair with vinegar...

or instead you can mix yougurt with honey and this is the best mask to ''feed'' your hair!yes! it sounds a bit strange,,,

i had the same problem.

i was using the hair dryer %26amp; straightner wayyyy to much.

i went to a professional hair place %26amp; i asked them about it.

they introduced me to a professional hair shampoo %26amp; conditioner (de lorenzo).

do you use a heat protecting spray at all?

if not, you should definetly use one because this will protect your hair when you use hot tongs or hairdryers on your hair, without totally burning it.

i get my hair cut regularly like every 4 weeks..this keeps my hair healthy and trims the burnt and split ends off.

also try using a treatment every 2 weeks.

my heat protector %26amp; treatment i use are also de lorenzo.

try using professional ones so they dont strip your natural oils or anything.

oh %26amp; also..what kind of hairdryer or straightner do you use?

if your straightner is pretty cheap, the ceramic plates aren't so great on your hair. try and invest in a professional hair straightner if you havent already gotten one.

and if you get your hair deep conditioned it helps alot.
