Blue and green look really good w/the hair %26amp; eyes. I'd stay away from pink, orange, and red b/c it will clash w/his hair.

i think since this "guy" has pale complexion, bright colors would bring out his eyes which are the way you said. maybe like blue, navy blue, lavender, sea green, re-orange, they will make this guy into a man!
