I have puffy hair, and i want to keep it straght when it gets wet! HELP!?

My natural hair is very puffy, and I dont want to keep blow drying it because it is damaging my hair. I want to keep it straght when wet, because it is embarrasing when have such poofy hair. I cant have chemicals like perms or relaxers in my hair, because my mom will not allow it and im allergic to chemicals in perms and relaxers. I also want something that does not include blow dyring or straght ironing. PLEASE HELP! I need my hair straght for tomorrow for this big big big party and I am required to swim. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

John Freida makes a frizz ease shampoo/conditioner. Maybe look into that? But like the person said above, without chemically changing your hair or using a flat iron or blow dryer, I think you're out of luck.

Try some frizz ease shampoos or serums, but other than that, I think you're stuck with poofiness. Or you could go to your salon and see what they say.

There is nothing you can do but to put your hair in a ponytail or a bun. However, usually when hair is dry, it's straight.

.. Without any chemicals, the only way is to blow dry it. Try putting roulers first and then blow dry it.. it will not damage your hair as much..

Girl, you can straighten them tonight but if you go swimming tomorrow at that party, your hair will curl back anyways..

how about, not drying you hair when it gets wet? I mean, doesn't it become straight when wet after you put shampoo, when you come out, don't dry it, let it air dry? or just pat it down to make it quicker? makes sense to me....
