When my hair dries, it poofs and I really don't like it...I have sort of longish hair and was thinking of cutting it very soon just a big shorter then I have it.
What I really like is how Jared Leto and Milo Ventimiglia have their hair looking sort of wet. Is there any product that I can use to make it look wet and not be stiff at the same time?

gels will leave your hair stiff...but wax or pomade will not.
