Go to a salon and see if you can find a scalp treatment. I have dry scalp and it intensifies in the winter so my stylist recommended that I use a dandruff scalp cream and it works great for me. I'm not near my room right now -but it's in a white jar with a pic of a woman (the pic is green). It smells great (minimal scent) and In the beginning (like 2 months ago) I used it a few times a week - now i'm down to once per week. My email is oobubbles21 at rogers dot com. Email me later and I'll send u more information. I think it only cost me like 10 bucks and I tried a few of them years past. My boyfriend uses neutrogena shampoo for dry scalp. It works for him too. He still gets break outs though - so I use my scalp treatment on him when i can.

Tegrin or Head and Shoulders should do the trick, but you can't just use it once or twice. You need to continue to use it until the dandruff is under control.

I dont have a dandruff problem, but i have puffy hair too. To make it less big you can go to the hair dresser and ask to make them thinner. If you want them straight, you can take your shower after coming home from school and tie them after you've straighten them into a loose pony tail. And sleep with it too, the next morning, just straight the places that arent straight anymore.. You can also use products like sunsilk anti-poof. I hope this helped.

I have the same problem too! All I can say is, go to a skin centre and start using the anti-dandruff shampoo the doctor prescirbes you.

Or else, shampoo your hair regularly, it helps. If you have bad dandruff, then using hair products (gel, hair cream, hairspray) on your big hair will make it worse. If you want to look neat and stylish, I suggest you go to a salon and straigthen your hair, and get advice from the professionals working there. I'm sure they can do something about your hair problem!

Sulfur 8. Put it on the scalp. Kind of stinky but does the job.
